Nosotros Los De La Fe, cuenta la historia de una familia creyente que lucha por mantener sus principios arraigados al verse forzada a interactuar con personas que no creen ni ven la vida como ellos.
La película cuestiona si es posible amar al prójimo que tienen valores y principios distintos, dando así un mensaje de unidad, amor y respeto para los tiempos difíciles de intolerancia y guerra que estamos viviendo.
La idea de hacer una comedia nació durante la pandemia cuando el director Julio Román y el productor Arturo Allen empezaron a escribir algo divertido que nos distrajera pero que también tuviera un mensaje positivo en medio de los tiempos difíciles que vivimos en la pandemia.
Este filme se caracteriza porque no hay ningún personaje inspirado en la vida real, sino que tomaron las experiencias, vivencias y testimonios de muchas personas y los integraron a los distintos personajes. Además, el mayor reto es que se hicieron 2 películas: la filmaron en inglés y en español; cada toma se hacía en ambos idiomas y eso hizo que se extendiera el tiempo mucho más.
La mayor parte de la película se filmó en casas y foros de la Ciudad de México, y una iglesia en el Estado de México.
El mensaje central que quisieron resaltar y transmitir sus productores es el amor al prójimo, porque es lo que se necesita en el mundo de hoy, ante las situaciones y guerras que estamos viviendo por diferencias de credos y por falta de tolerancia.
