Banco de Bogotá Anuncia sus Horarios de Atención en Oficinas Para Fin de Año

👉🏻 La Banca Móvil, red de cajeros Aval y la Banca virtual estarán en funcionamiento habitual durante todo el mes.

👉🏻 Las oficinas de la entidad financiera no prestarán servicios los días 25 y 31 de diciembre, y 01  de enero.

Con el objetivo de asegurar y facilitar el acceso a los servicios de la entidad bancaria, el Banco de Bogotá informa a los clientes los horarios de atención en las oficinas durante las festividades decembrinas.

Los horarios serán:

Martes 24 de diciembre: se prestará servicio hasta la 1:00 p.m.

Miércoles 25 de diciembre (día festivo): no se prestará servicio en las oficinas.

Lunes 30 de diciembre: se prestará servicio en horario habitual sin horario adicional.

Martes 31 de diciembre: no se prestará servicio en las oficinas.

Miércoles 01 de enero (día festivo): no se prestará servicio en las oficinas.

Jueves 02 de enero: se retoma servicio habitual en oficinas.

Durante todo el mes de diciembre los clientes tendrán disponible la App Banca Móvil y Banca Virtual, canales en los que podrán consultar movimientos financieros, pagar productos y servicios, transferencias, verificar el estado de sus productos bancarios, abrir productos en línea de manera ágil, entre otros. Además, la red de corresponsales bancarios estará habilitada en los horarios que dispongan nuestros aliados.

En cuanto a los servicios de atención para los canales de voz, WhatsApp y redes sociales funcionarán de la siguiente manera: el 24 y 31 de diciembre, mantendrán los horarios habituales para todos los segmentos pero para la línea de empresas se prestará servicio, así, 24 de diciembre la atención se prestará en el horario de 7:00 a.m. a 5:30 p.m. y el 31 de diciembre de 7:00 a.m. a 4:00 p.m.
