Con una masiva asistencia y gran entusiasmo, concluyó el XVI Festival de Cine: Infancia y Adolescencia – 2025, celebrado del 2 al 6 de septiembre en la Cinemateca de Bogotá y otros escenarios culturales de la ciudad. Más de 20.000 niños, niñas, adolescentes y jóvenes disfrutaron de cinco días de proyecciones, formación y espacios de creación audiovisual en torno a la cultura ciudadana y el medio ambiente.

El evento, que recibió 1.775 producciones de 79 países, premió a las mejores obras en las categorías Profesional, Aficionado y Serie de televisión, así como a las creadas por niños, niñas y adolescentes en el marco del Premio Festicine, que este año celebró su tercera edición.

Profesional – Ficción: Color Piel – Colombia.
Profesional – Animación: La historia de Tilo – Panamá.
Aficionado – Ficción: Mora y Leche – Colombia.
Aficionado – Animación: Estoy fallando – I am glitching – Alemania.
Serie de Televisión: Palto, el elegido – Colombia.

Categoría 8 a 12 años
1er puesto: La niña y el pez – Colombia.
2do puesto: Abejas al rescate – Colombia.

Categoría 13 a 17 años
1er puesto: Respira – Colombia.
2do puesto: Un viaje musical – Como en los viejos tiempos – Colombia.

La entrega de premios cerró una edición más del festival que, durante cinco días, convirtió a Bogotá en un espacio de encuentro, aprendizaje y celebración del cine infantil y juvenil, fortaleciendo la voz y la creatividad de las nuevas generaciones.
El Festival, organizado por la Corporación Festival de Cine e Infancia y Adolescencia, reafirmó su misión de visibilizar a la infancia y adolescencia en la construcción de narrativas sociales, ciudadanas y ambientales, consolidando a Bogotá como una ciudad pionera en América Latina en la promoción de contenidos de calidad para las nuevas generaciones.

El momento más emotivo llegó con la entrega del Premio Festicine, un espacio creado especialmente para que niños, niñas y adolescentes fueran reconocidos como cineastas.

El festival cerró su XVI edición, pero las historias sembradas seguirán creciendo, como semillas del futuro que invitan a soñar con un cine hecho por y para la infancia y la adolescencia.
