Bajo el compromiso de exaltar la labor de las Pymes que en sus modelos de negocio incorporan prácticas de inclusión, sostenibilidad e innovación, el Banco de Bogotá y Misión Pyme otorgaron el Premio Gacela 2023 a cuatro empresas destacadas.
Se evaluaron diversas categorías para seleccionar a las ganadoras, entre las cuales se encuentran: innovación para el crecimiento, dirigida a micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas que han integrado elementos innovadores en su modelo de negocio; inclusión y diversidad, enfocada en reconocer a aquellas empresas que implementan políticas para garantizar la inclusión laboral; por último, Sostenibilidad ambiental, destinada a reconocer a aquellas entidades que cuentan con planes y programas para prevenir y/o mitigar posibles impactos ambientales derivados de sus actividades económicas.
Las empresas que recibieron reconocimiento fueron: Chocobrand Productos Alimenticios S.A.S en la categoría de Innovación para MiPymes, Seguridad RAM en la categoría de Inclusión, Procesos de Manufactura S.A.S en la categoría de Innovación, y Sanoha Minería, Medio Ambiente y Forestal S.A.S E.R en la categoría de Sostenibilidad.
Durante la ceremonia de premiación, se contó con la participación de Sergio Andrés Pulgarín, vicerrector de la Universidad del Rosario, quien ofreció una conferencia titulada «Innovación: productos que no son productos para clientes que no son clientes«.
“La adopción de estrategias sostenibles, inclusivas y de innovación son una necesidad para el éxito a largo plazo. Es por ello que, en el Banco de Bogotá, trabajamos continuamente por proporcionar herramientas que capaciten a las pequeñas y medianas empresas para adoptar estas prácticas en sus operaciones diarias. Felicitamos a las empresas ganadoras e invitamos a todas las entidades del país a sumarse a estas iniciativas”, afirmó Rafael Arango Calle, vicepresidente de Banca Empresas del Banco de Bogotá.
Las pymes ganadoras en cada categoría recibirán apoyo financiero para cubrir el 100% del acceso al Programa Fábricas de Productividad del MinCIT, junto con una asesoría legal con el equipo de expertos de Galo Estudio Legal. Estas iniciativas reflejan la visión del Banco de Bogotá de ser un aliado estratégico para las pymes, impulsando su éxito y consolidándose como un actor clave en el crecimiento económico del país.
