La agrupación Herencia de Timbiquí, uno de los referentes más importantes de la música del Pacífico colombiano, celebra con orgullo sus 25 años de trayectoria presentando su nuevo sencillo “Tu Cumpleaños”, una canción que fusiona la alegría del Porro Chocoano con el sello inconfundible de la agrupación, mezclando tradición, romanticismo y rumba en un homenaje sonoro a un cuarto de siglo de historia, sacrificio y evolución.
“Tu Cumpleaños”, compuesta por Begner Vásquez y producida por el maestro Alexis Lozano —cocreador junto a Jairo Varela del Grupo Niche y fundador de la Orquesta Guayacán—, es un tema que nació hace varios años y hoy renace con la fuerza del Pacífico, convirtiéndose en un himno para celebrar la vida y el amor.
Entre marimbas, requintos y voces llenas de alma, Herencia de Timbiquí invita a brindar, bailar y recordar que cada cumpleaños es una oportunidad para amar más fuerte y celebrar juntos.
“Esta canción es una forma de agradecerle a la vida, a nuestro público y a la música por permitirnos seguir aquí, juntos, después de 25 años. ‘Tu Cumpleaños’ representa alegría, amor y la unión que siempre queremos transmitir desde el Pacífico”,—afirma Begner Vásquez, compositor y voz líder de Herencia de Timbiquí.
El sencillo fue grabado en el estudio Guayacán de Alexis Lozano, y su videoclip —rodado en diversas locaciones de la ciudad de Cali— captura reacciones reales de la gente, logrando una conexión auténtica con el público y recordando los orígenes de la banda en la capital vallecaucana, ciudad que los impulsó hacia el reconocimiento nacional e internacional.
Con este lanzamiento, Herencia de Timbiquí reafirma su compromiso con la música del Pacífico y su capacidad para reinventarse sin perder sus raíces.
“Tu Cumpleaños” estará disponible en todas las plataformas digitales a partir del 27 de octubre.
